Error code Description Causes and solution
E1 Water has stopped flowing into the tank. There can be several reasons for the malfunction: there is low pressure in the line, the hose is pinched or the filter is clogged. The problem may be with the valve coil or wiring. Check the inlet valve, inspect the hose, straighten if pinched. Clean the filter. You may need a wizard to diagnose the valve module circuit, repair and or replace it.
E2 No water heating. The temperature sensor is defective. There may be several reasons: the circuit is broken or the contacts are loose. Often, when a short circuit occurs, it burns out and needs to be replaced. In this case, the washer cannot be used. Contact the service department for a complete diagnosis of the sink and eliminate the defect. The sensor must be replaced with a new one.
E3 Underheating (water does not heat up well, does not reach the desired temperature in the specified mode). The thermistor signals insufficient temperature. This problem can be caused by a safety thermostat or a heating element. The water flow switch may be defective. Inspect the integrity of the control board, wiring. If everything is intact, you need to diagnose the tubular electric heater and the flow microswitch. Call the experts from the service.
E4 Problems when taking water into the bunker. Water is drawn into the bunker slowly or not at all. Dishwasher not working. This is due to a blockage in the system or a breakdown of the pressure switch. The fill path needs to be cleaned. If the problem remains after cleaning, inspect the pressure switch and its tubes. Clean the hose. The sensor may need to be replaced.
E5 Waste fluid drain does not work. Most likely a lot of grease and debris has accumulated inside the drain hose. This is the most common problem. The filter could be clogged or the impeller of the pump. The pump and pressure switch could also fail. For prevention, remove pieces of food from the plates before laying. Clean the drain system of debris and grease: everything from the filter to the hose. Defective parts are replaced by the service department.
E6 Continuous work. The set program works without stopping, there is always water inside. Liquid may partially accumulate in the dishes. It is impossible to complete the cycle naturally. Arrange dishes correctly. The rules are in the instructions. Perhaps you have overloaded the baskets, you need to remove the extra plates. Try restarting the washer.
E7 Flowmeter autostart. Occurs due to the clamping of the buttons on the panel. Wrong setting initially selected. The display flashes all the time, indicating a problem. Perhaps the processor program has gone astray. Try to go into test mode and cancel the installation. Turn off and on the dishwasher, restart it. If the problem persists, call the wizard.
