Models without a display do not execute the specified program and according to the lit or flashing lights placed on the control panel, you can find out the problem.

F1 | The optical sensor does not respond. | Disconnect the panel from the power and reconnect, operate normally. If the problem persists, call the repair wizard. |
F2 | The tactile sensor is defective, the measuring circuit does not work. | Sensors do not respond to contact in case of burnout of the sensors. the ceramic surface in the key area may also be damaged. We recommend a visual inspection and call the repair service. |
F3 | The heating system does not work. | When boards and heating modules burn out, the entire device must be repaired in the service. The wizard will find out the cause of the breakdown and replace the components. |
F4 | There is no communication with the device due to a short circuit, PT1000. | Do not turn on the equipment yourself, consult with the service immediately and only then take any actions as directed. |

F7 | Defective microcircuit. | Only employees from the service can solder and change microcircuits. You can disconnect the device from the power supply and call a repair technician. |
F8 | Overheating of the hob. | First of all, check the ventilation gaps (at least 1.5 cm wide) and listen for the fan noise. Damage to heating elements can only be fixed at a service center. |
F9 | Water has entered the device. | If liquid leaks, immediately disconnect the brewing unit from the power supply. Wipe dry. Let it dry naturally and call the wizard to inspect the panel. |
F10 | The power cable is defective. | Need to replace the electric cable due to its mechanical damage, short circuit, wear. Contact the service. |
F15 | The temperature sensor is broken. | The sensor may not be connected or an open has occurred. In any case, call the wizard from the service for diagnostics and repair. |
F16 | Relay module does not work, power is not connected. | Damage to the modules can only be fixed by the master from the service. You need to disconnect the equipment from the network and call a specialist for repair. |
F17 | The touch module does not work. | Perhaps due to oxidation of the contacts, the module failed. Liquid leakage and a dirty ceramic surface are not a rare cause of failure. Contact service for repair. |
F18 | Sensor breakdown. | Call the wizard to repair the sensor. Perhaps the hob is too dirty and the sensor does not respond to pressure - rinse the surface of the device. |
