The models with the display show the alphanumeric combination on your display, find it in the table and find out the reason for the error.
Models without a display do not execute the specified program and according to the lit or flashing lights placed on the control panel, you can find out the problem.
Error code | Description | Causes and solution |

F2 | Overheating of the working panel. | You need to reduce the power of the burner or turn off the panel until it cools completely. Check that the fan is working and clean. Measure ventilation clearances (recommended width 1.5 cm). |
F4 | Cooker off | The work surface has shut off due to cooling / not using the burner. Or you put an empty pan. We recommend that you contact the service wizard to diagnose the device. |
F8 | Long use of a ring. | To correct the display error, turn off the burner for 1 minute, then reconnect. The malfunction should disappear. Read the instructions in more detail. |
E22 | Sensor control failure. | It is difficult to diagnose the cause of the problem yourself. A short circuit can cause some contacts to burn out. Call a service center wizard for diagnosis and repair. |
E25 | The power board is out of order. | The cause of the breakdown could be a circuit in the network or a violation of the rules when installing the hob. Call the wizard from the service to repair and replace the power board. |
ER26 | Mains voltage too high. | Restart the hob, disconnect and reconnect. The stabilizer will help to equalize the voltage, block surges. Need the services of a service center. |
U400 | The connection does not work. | There may be network problems or a network cable break. Call the wizard for the correct installation of the device and repair work. |
