The models with the display show the alphanumeric combination on your display, find it in the table and find out the reason for the error.
Models without a display do not execute the specified program and according to the lit or flashing lights placed on the control panel, you can find out the problem.
Error code | Description | Causes and solution |

1 beep | Defective / locked wheels or cleaning brushes. | Turn off the machine. Inspect the brushes and wheels for clogging or foreign objects blocking their work. Clean them from debris, dirt, threads. |
2 beeps | One of the altitude or collision sensors has failed. | It is required to clean the sensors with a dry rag or cloth from dust and dirt. Launch the device. If the problem persists, replace the defective items. |
3 beeps | Locked movement of the device or it is stuck. | You need to manually move the device to a flat work surface and put it into operation. If the error message is not cleared, the problem is with the sensors. |
4 beeps | No rotation or lockout of the turbo brush. | Most likely, the accumulated debris, hair, threads, wool, dirt impede the optimal operation of the brush. Clean the item from debris. |
5 beeps | There is no signal about a fixed installed dust collector in the cell. | Make sure the dust bag is installed correctly. Remove and reinstall it. |
